1、 Instrument overview
Nj-qp990 full spectrum direct reading spectrometer adopts the international standard design and manufacturing technology, and adopts the advanced CMOS signal acquisition components of Hamamatsu company of Japan. Each CMOS can set the number of sparks independently, which is synchronized with the first-class technology of international spectrometer. It adopts vacuum chamber design and full digital excitation light source. This CMOS spectrometer not only contains the full spectrum characteristics of CCD spectrometer, but also has the very low detection limit of PMT spectrometer for non-metallic elements. The whole machine is reasonable in design, easy to operate and has the advantages of accurate data and good long-term stability.

2. Main technical features
High performance optical system
When the optical system is excited, the arc flame is directly led into the vacuum optical chamber by the lens to realize the direct optical path and effectively reduce the optical path loss;
The content of nonmetallic elements and various metal elements can be accurately determined by using high-precision CMOS components;
The results were accurate and stable.
Automatic light path calibration
Automatic optical path calibration, automatic spectral line scanning of optical system to ensure the correctness of receiving and avoid cumbersome peak scanning work;
The instrument automatically identifies the specific spectral line and compares it with the original storage line to determine the drift position, and finds out the current pixel position of the analysis line for determination.
Design of plug in lens
The vacuum optical system adopts a unique incident window and vacuum isolation, which can be operated in the working state of the vacuum system. The optical lens adopts the plug-in lens structure, which is convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance.
Vacuum chamber integration
The unique light chamber structure design makes the volume of vacuum chamber smaller, and the vacuum time is only 1 / 2 of that of ordinary spectrometer;

Vacuum oil return prevention technology
The vacuum pressure differential valve is adopted to ensure that the vacuum chamber is completely isolated from the vacuum when the vacuum pump is not working
A vacuum oil filter is added in the middle to ensure that the oil in the vacuum pump does not enter the vacuum chamber, and the CMOS detector and optical components work in a reliable environment.

Jet electrode technology

High speed data acquisition
The instrument adopts high-performance CMOS detection elements, and has the function of ultra-high speed data acquisition and analysis for each CMOS chip, and can automatically and real-time monitor and control the operating state of modules such as the temperature of the light chamber, vacuum degree, argon pressure, light source, excitation chamber, etc.
Ethernet data transmission
The Ethernet card and TCP / IP protocol are used between the computer and the spectrometer to avoid electromagnetic interference and fiber aging. At the same time, the computer and printer are completely external, which is convenient to upgrade and replace;
The instrument status can be monitored remotely, and all instrument parameters can be controlled and monitored by multi-channel control system.
Precast working curve
It is equipped with standard sample library of different materials and brands, and the working curve is prefabricated in the factory when the instrument leaves the factory, which is convenient for installation and commissioning and timely put into production;
According to the analysis program of elements and materials, the excitation and test parameters have been adjusted before delivery, and the optimal test conditions can be automatically selected according to the analysis program;
