2、 Features
W660 wireless large screen melting thermometer has the dual characteristics of portable thermometer's flexibility and wall mounted large screen instrument's long-distance visibility, which saves the fetters of connecting test gun and large screen display.
The instrument is composed of portable melting thermometer with wireless transmitting function and large screen display with wireless receiving function (displayed by 5-inch digital tube: word height: 128mm). At the end of temperature measurement, it has the functions of synchronous light indication, bell sound prompt and automatic holding of temperature measured value. It also has alarm functions such as disconnection of coupling, over range and under voltage of power supply.
The instrument adopts imported professional data transmission module to ensure the high reliability of wireless transmission of measurement data.
This instrument can be equipped with five kinds of thermocouples. Because of the new anti-interference measures, the instrument has good anti-interference ability. When the medium frequency furnace is electrified, the temperature can be measured in the furnace without power off.
The instrument can store 1000 sets of historical data and can be equipped with printer.

4、 Operating instructions
1. Operation of wireless transmitting portable melting thermometer
Press the power switch (on / off) on the lower board, the display will immediately display "" and then display thermocouple model / S type, / B type, / wre3 / 25, / K type, / R type,).
When the thermocouple is not plugged in, the instrument will display "" when the thermocouple is plugged in and the contact is good, the instrument will display the ambient temperature (the instrument with B graduation number will display "" and the temperature can be measured at this time. When measuring the temperature, insert the thermocouple into the liquid metal with a depth of more than or equal to 20 mm, so as to achieve fast, accurate and stable. When the measuring indicator (H) is on (with sound and light prompt), the temperature measuring gun should be lifted immediately (generally 3-5 seconds). The instrument automatically displays and maintains the measured temperature value.
When the temperature measurement is finished, the instrument will automatically transmit the signal to the large screen display. After the wireless signal received by the large screen display is correct, it will display the same temperature value as the wireless transmitting portable melting thermometer. At the same time, the bell sound prompts to lift the test gun.
2. Operation of large screen display
Turn on the power switch, the display will display the current time; when the signal is detected, it will automatically receive the display and keep the temperature value.
(1) Historical data query
The instrument can store 1000 sets of historical data.
Press the "query" key, the instrument will enter the historical data query state. At this time, the current year will be displayed on the large screen; according to the query needs, press the "↑" and "↓" keys to correct.
For example: to query such a data: December 10, 2008 09:08 measured temperature value of 1678 ℃;
At this time, the query steps are as follows:
a. Press the "query" key to display the current year; press the "↑" and "↓" keys to correct the display of 2008;
b. Then press the "→" key to display the current month, and press the "↑" and "↓" keys to correct to display 12;
c. Then press the "→" key to display the current day share, and press the "↑" and "↓" keys to correct to display 10;
d. Press the "confirm" key to display 2008 1210 0908 1678 in turn;
At this time, press the "↑" and "↓" keys to query the data before and after the temperature value.
If you press the "↑" and "↓" keys, the instrument does not respond, indicating that the data has been inquired; if you press the "query" key again, the instrument will exit the inquiry status.
(2) Printing
The printer data line plug is connected with the printing interface of the large screen display, and the printer power supply is connected. Each time the data is displayed on the large screen, the printer will automatically print the displayed data. The printing format is as follows (for example, December 10, 2008, 09:08:1678 ℃):

5、 Installation
The large screen display should be installed in the range of 10-50m from the temperature measuring point, so as to facilitate observation and recording. The installation position should be 2-4 meters above the ground, the receiving antenna of the display should be free of object shielding; the pull rod antenna should be pulled to the longest length; the display power supply should be AC220 V (lighting line power supply, grounding must be reliable).
