2、 Software function
1. CE, C, Si content measurement
(1) The active CE, C and Si contents of 10 kinds of target materials can be measured, and the molten iron grade (HT) can be calculated;
(2) Carbon equivalent measurement range of active Ce: 2.20-4.80%;
(3) The measurement range of active C was 2.00-4.20%;
(4) Active Si content measurement range: 0.20-4.50%;
(5) The active CE, C% and Si% correction values can be set in (- 0.99 - + 0.99).
2. Adjustment calculation of molten iron
According to the target composition range, molten iron weight, carburizing yield, silicon increasing yield and measurement results, the amount of carburizing agent, ferrosilicon or scrap that hit the target component was calculated.
3. Spheroidization rate measurement
The spheroidizing rate can be calculated by measuring the eutectic degree and undercooling degree of molten iron and under the premise of sufficient active Mg content.
4. Composition management of molten iron
The carbon equivalent, carbon content and silicon content range are set according to the product brand. The instrument will display the content in different colors. If it is unqualified, it will be displayed in red. If it is qualified, it will be displayed in green. The user can modify the content range.

3、 After sales service
Installation / training / acceptance: after arrival, the Demander shall inform the supplier in writing of the specific time of installation / Commissioning / training on site, and the supplier shall respond on the spot. The supplier shall send technical personnel to the site for installation / Commissioning / training free of charge.
Training: the operator shall be trained in the use / maintenance work and other aspects, so that the operator can basically master the use / maintenance work of the instrument and the handling methods of simple faults, so far as the teaching is concerned.
Acceptance: according to technical agreement / list and relevant standards
The main engine of this product is used according to the standard, and the warranty period is 1 year. If there is any fault within the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge. If the technical and quality problems can not be solved on site, it will be sent back to the company for maintenance.
The supplier can send technical personnel to visit for free once a year according to the requirements of the demander, understand the use of the equipment, provide suggestions and help for the use and maintenance of the equipment, free of technical consulting fee, lifelong maintenance, telephone appointment, 24-hour service in place.
The supplier shall guarantee to provide spare parts at preferential price for a long time.
