1 Overview
Mt150 is an intelligent ultrasonic thickness gauge. It adopts a new high-performance, low-power microprocessor technology. Based on the ultrasonic measurement principle, it can measure the thickness of metals and other materials, and measure the sound velocity of materials. It can monitor all kinds of pipes and pressure vessels in the production equipment, monitor their thinning degree after being corroded in the process of use, and accurately measure various plates and various processed parts. This instrument can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.

4 working principle
The thickness measurement of this ultrasonic thickness gauge is that the ultrasonic pulse generated by the probe reaches the measured body through the coupling agent. Part of the ultrasonic signal is reflected by the bottom surface of the object. The probe receives the echo reflected by the bottom surface of the measured body. The round-trip time of the ultrasonic wave is accurately calculated, and the thickness value is calculated according to the following formula, and then the calculation results are displayed.
